Exchange & Return Policy

JUST LIKE HERO will gladly exchange or refund items to ensure customer satisfaction. Please follow the instructions below to complete an exchange or return request:

 

Step 1: Check Eligibility for Exchange/ Return

To qualify for an exchange or return, your item(s) must be:

1. PURCHASED AT REGULAR PRICE
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for an exchange or return. Sale items (including purchases using a discount code) cannot be refunded.
2. IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all tags attached. Original receipt of proof of purchase is also required.
3. WITHIN 15 DAYS EXCHANGE/ RETURN PERIOD
We offer 15 days upon receiving your merchandise to request an exchange or return. After 15 days, we cannot offer an exchange or return.

Step 2: Send Exchange/ Return Request to wecare@justlikehero.com

Customers must send an exchange or return email to wecare@justlikehero.com within 15 days of receiving purchase. In the email, please include the Exchange or Return Form and a picture of the original receipt and the purchased item(s). 

Just Like Hero reserves the right to deny return packages that are sent without an exchange or refund inquiry to wecare@justlikehero.com. Customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

 

Step 3: Ship your package back to JUST LIKE HERO

Upon receiving the exchange or return request, we will send an email notification of approval or rejection of the request. Once the request has been approved, please ship the item(s) with purchaser's name and phone number and the original receipt in the package to the following address:

Online purchases made by US or International customers must declare returned items as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees.

If you are shipping an item over CAD75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return shipment.

 

Step 4: Inspection Of Returns By Customer Care Team

Once returns are received by Just Like Hero, the customer care team will inspect returned item(s). If items are not in the original condition, Just Like Hero reserves the right to deny the exchange or return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Step 5: Issue Exchange or Refund

Once return item(s) are approved, credit for the full product value, excluding shipping and handling charges, will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days.

For approved exchanges, we will email a store credit code of full value of exchanged item(s) minus shipping and handling charges. To purchase additional item(s), simply head back to our online store and apply the store credit code at checkout.
