PICK UP
Free pick up is available at 20 Lightbeam Terrace, Unit 5, Brampton, ON L6Y 6H9
Pick-up will be available on the next business day.
Cut-off time: for next business day pick up is 12pm EST.
Orders placed before 12pm EST will be available for pick up after 12pm on the next business day.
For example
- Orders that are placed via the online store before 12:00pm on Monday will be available for pick up after 12 pm on Tuesday.
- Orders that are placed via the online store after 12:00pm and after will be available for pick up after 12 pm on Wednesday.
Instructions:
All pick-up orders will be available at the back door from 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday except stat holidays.
- If you haven't received the pick-up notification email, please search for your order number, beginning with JLH, in your inbox or spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at wecare@justlikehero.com before coming to pick up your order. Our customer team will be happy to assist you.
- Please ensure you arrive for pick-up only after receiving a notification email or being informed by JLH staff. Arriving without the pick-up notification email indicates that your order is not yet ready for pick-up. We are unable to pack orders immediately upon arrival, and you will need to return later once your order is ready for pick up.
